COMMUNITY & ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

In 60 seconds. Tamreen exists to help people get stronger, healthier, and better coached. That only works when everyone is treated with respect. Harassment, sexual misconduct, hate speech, threats, doxxing, off-Platform pressure, and discrimination have no place here. Report it — we act fast and we protect reporters.
1. Our standards
Every interaction on Tamreen — direct messages, comments, voice/video sessions, profile content, and Program content — must be respectful, lawful, and consistent with the dignity of every User and Service Provider. Disagreement is fine; cruelty, contempt, and coercion are not.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment and bullying: repeated unwanted contact, insults, mockery, body-shaming, pile-ons, or messages designed to intimidate or distress.
- Sexual misconduct: unsolicited sexual messages or images, sexual propositioning, romantic pressure on Users by Service Providers, requests for sexual content during a session, or any contact with a minor that is sexual in nature.
- Hate speech and discrimination: attacks or slurs based on religion, sect, nationality, ethnicity, tribe, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, body type, or any other protected characteristic.
- Threats and violence: threats of physical, sexual, financial, or reputational harm.
- Doxxing and privacy violations: sharing another person's personal data, address, phone number, civil ID, photos, or health information without consent.
- Off-Platform pressure: contacting a User off-Platform using Platform data, demanding payments outside Tamreen, or pressuring a User to drop a complaint, leave a review, or change a rating.
- Retaliation: any negative action against a person who reported a violation in good faith.
3. Special protections
Tamreen applies extra care for minors (ages 12–15 with verified parental consent), Users disclosing eating disorders or self-harm risk, pregnant or postpartum Users, and Users disclosing chronic illness or disability. Service Providers must escalate any safeguarding concern to legal@Mytamreen.com without delay.
4. How to report
Report harassment or safety concerns to legal@Mytamreen.com. Include the Account name, what happened, when, and any screenshots, links, or session IDs you can share. If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, call 112 first. Reports may be anonymous where permitted. Tamreen treats reports confidentially within the team that needs to act on them.
5. Our response
Tamreen acknowledges reports within two (2) business days and aims to make an initial enforcement decision within ten (10) business days for non-urgent reports and within twenty-four (24) hours for urgent safety reports. Possible actions include warning, Content removal, restricted messaging, profile takedown, suspended payouts, Account suspension or termination, refund to the affected User, referral to authorities, and legal action. We will tell the reporter when a decision has been made, while respecting the privacy of all parties.
6. Zero tolerance
Tamreen has zero tolerance for: child sexual abuse material or any sexual contact with a minor; threats of physical violence; sexual misconduct toward a User by a Service Provider during a paid engagement; and sharing of another person's intimate images without consent. These result in immediate Account termination and may be reported to the competent authorities.
7. Appeals
If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may appeal by emailing legal@Mytamreen.com within thirty (30) calendar days. Tamreen will provide a final written response within fifteen (15) business days.
8. Changes to this Policy
Material changes will be notified in line with the Terms and Conditions and recorded in the Changelog.
