Version history

We update Tamreen's legal documents openly. Material changes are listed here with the effective date, the document version, and a summary of what changed.

Version 1.2 — 29 May 2026

Scope: commercial terms update — refund window and trial.

Free Trial removed: Tamreen no longer offers a three-day free trial. Each new paid Subscription or one-time Program purchase begins charging immediately upon activation. The Terms (§11), Payment and Refund Policy, and User Consent are aligned.
Refund window changed to three days: the previous "7-day / less-than-20%-accessed" refund window has been replaced with a three (3) calendar day refund window measured from the moment of the first paid charge for a new Subscription, or from the moment of a new one-time Program purchase. Renewals of an existing Subscription are not refundable except where required by Kuwait law.

Version 1.1 — 29 May 2026

Scope: major Legal Center expansion.

Terms and Conditions: added Warranty Disclaimer, Indemnity, Force Majeure, Severability, Modification of Terms, Suspension and Termination, Assignment / Notices / Entire Agreement. Contact moved to §22 and updated with legal@Mytamreen.com as the channel for legal, privacy, and safety notices. Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.
Privacy Policy: added Lawful Basis Table aligned to CITRA Resolution 26/2024; Automated Decision-Making clause; 72-hour Data Breach Notification; International Transfers and Safeguards; Data Protection Contact and CITRA complaint path; retention legal anchors.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer: added explicit Emergency 112 instruction; split into three separate disclaimers for Fitness, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy; added Per-Program Health Acknowledgment for higher-risk Programs; clarified Service Provider responsibility for licensing.
Payment and Refund Policy: added 30-day price-change notice; FX and bank-fee transparency; future-proofing for VAT and GCC selective taxes; pro-rata mid-Program refund formula; refund SLA recap; dispute escalation path.
User Consent: added Per-Program Health Acknowledgment; verified Parental Consent block for ages 12–15; explicit Sensitive Data Consent; access-to-Consent-Records right; clarified withdrawal effects.

Legal Center site: rewritten homepage hero (Arabic and English) with audience switcher (Athlete / Coach / Nutritionist / Physiotherapist); expanded document grid to 14 documents; new footer with marketplace disclaimer, emergency-line reminder, and quick-links column; legal@Mytamreen.com added as the single legal/privacy/safety channel.

Version 2.0 — 9 May 2026

Scope: initial bilingual Legal Center launch.

First publication of Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Health and Fitness Disclaimer, Payment and Refund Policy, User Consent, Service Provider Agreement, and Cookie and Tracking Policy in Arabic and English.
Established core commercial terms: 15% standard / 13% VIP commission; monthly Platform Fee table. The original 3-day Free Trial and 7-day / under-20%-accessed refund window were replaced in v1.2 (see above).
Established core legal posture: 16+ independent use; 12–15 with verified parental consent; under 12 prohibited; liability cap at 12 months of fees paid; digital acceptance via in-Platform Consent Records.

How we version

We use a simple Major.Minor scheme. Material legal or operational changes increment the Major number. Clarifications, formatting fixes, contact updates, and non-material edits increment the Minor number. Every change is dated and explained here.
