PURPOSE
This document captures the explicit, informed consent of each User for the key actions and data processing activities that take place on the Tamreen Platform. It works alongside the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Health Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference.
All consent on the Platform is given electronically and entirely within the app or website interface. No physical signature, handwritten signature, or external signing process is required. Acceptance is given by checking a checkbox, tapping an acceptance button, or completing a designated in-app consent flow.
Every consent event is logged automatically by the Platform as a Consent Record in accordance with Section 5 of this document and Section 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law: This document is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Kuwait Electronic Transactions Law (Law No. 20 of 2014) and the Kuwait Civil Code (Decree No. 67 of 1980).
SECTION 1 — REGISTRATION CONSENT
Presented to the User during Account registration and onboarding. All items marked Defined in the Platform must be accepted before an Account can be created. Items marked Defined in the Platform do not affect Account creation or Platform access.
1.1 — Terms and Conditions Defined in the Platform

1.2 — Privacy Policy Defined in the Platform
☐ I have read and agree to the Tamreen Defined in the Platform(#).
☐ I consent to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the categories of data set out in Section 2 of that Policy.
1.3 — Health Disclaimer Defined in the Platform
☐ I have read and understood the Tamreen Defined in the Platform(#).
☐ I understand that all Programs and Content on the Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
☐ I acknowledge that I should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, particularly if I have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, am pregnant, or am taking any medication.
☐ I voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise, dietary changes, and participation in any Program available on the Platform.
1.4 — Fitness and Wellness Data Defined in the Platform
☐ I understand that the Tamreen Platform may collect fitness and wellness data that I enter or generate, including my fitness goals, training history, physical measurements, and dietary information, as described in the Privacy Policy.
☐ I consent to Tamreen collecting, storing, and processing this data for the purposes of personalising my experience and delivering the Services I access on the Platform.
Important: Sharing your fitness and wellness data with a Service Provider requires your separate and explicit consent, which will be requested at the time of purchase. This is covered in Section 3 of this document. You can use the Platform without sharing this data with any Service Provider.
1.5 — Fitness and Wellness Data Sharing with Service Providers Defined in the Platform
This consent item is presented separately at the time a User purchases or subscribes to a specific Service Provider's Program. It is not collected as part of general registration.
☐ I consent to Tamreen sharing my fitness and wellness data with Defined in the Platform for the sole purpose of delivering the Program I have purchased from them. I understand that:
- this consent is specific to this Service Provider and this Program;
- the Service Provider's access to my data will be revoked automatically when my engagement with their Program ends;
- I may withdraw this consent at any time through my Account settings without cancelling my Program; and
- my data will not be used by the Service Provider for any purpose outside the Platform.
1.6 — Push Notifications Defined in the Platform
☐ I consent to receiving push notifications from Tamreen on this device, including service notifications (e.g., payment confirmations, program updates) and promotional notifications.
Note: Service-related notifications (e.g., account security alerts, billing confirmations, and policy updates) may be sent regardless of this preference. You can manage notification preferences at any time through your device settings or Platform account settings.
1.7 — Marketing Communications Defined in the Platform
☐ I consent to receiving marketing communications from Tamreen, including promotional offers, content recommendations, and newsletters, via email and in-app notifications.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through your Account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
1.8 — Advertising and Retargeting Defined in the Platform
☐ I consent to Tamreen using anonymised data about my Platform activity for the purpose of delivering relevant advertising on third-party platforms (including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Snapchat). I understand that these platforms may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
You may manage advertising preferences through your device's advertising settings or through each platform's opt-out mechanism. Withdrawing this consent does not affect your ability to use the Platform.
SECTION 2 — AGE VERIFICATION
Presented during Account registration.
2.1 — Age Confirmation (18 and over) Defined in the Platform

2.2 — Parental or Guardian Consent (Ages 16–17) Defined in the Platform
This checkbox is presented only where a User declares an age between 16 and 17 during registration.
☐ I confirm that I am between 16 and 17 years of age and that my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to my use of the Tamreen Platform, my participation in fitness Programs, and the collection and processing of my personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Note: Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an Account or use the Platform under any circumstances.
SECTION 3 — FREE TRIAL ACTIVATION CONSENT
Presented immediately before a User activates a free trial. Must be accepted before trial access begins.
Before activating your free trial, please read and confirm the following:

3.1 — Trial Terms Acceptance Defined in the Platform
☐ I have read and understood the free trial terms above. I understand that my subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown when the trial ends, and I authorise Tamreen to charge my payment method on the date shown above if I do not cancel before the trial expires.
SECTION 4 — SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT CONSENT
Presented at the point of Subscription purchase or free trial conversion to paid. Must be accepted before payment is processed.
Before confirming your subscription, please review the following:

4.1 — Recurring Billing Authorisation Defined in the Platform
☐ I authorise Tamreen to charge the monthly subscription fee shown above to my payment method on the date shown and on the same date each month thereafter, until I cancel my subscription.
4.2 — Cancellation and No-Refund Acknowledgement Defined in the Platform
☐ I understand that:
- I may cancel my subscription at any time through my Account settings;
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and I will not be charged for the following period;
- I will not receive a refund for the current billing period once payment has been processed; and
- refunds for Program purchases are subject to the terms of the Payment and Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 — CONSENT LOGGING AND RECORD-KEEPING
Each time you complete a consent action on the Platform — including during registration, trial activation, subscription purchase, and any re-consent following a policy update — the Platform automatically generates a Consent Record containing:
(a) your unique account identifier;
(b) the date and time of the consent event (timestamp);
(c) the version number and effective date of each document accepted;
(d) the type and mechanism of consent given (e.g., checkbox, acceptance button, in-app flow);
(e) your device type, operating system, and application version;
(f) session metadata; and
(g) your IP address, where technically available.
Consent Records are retained by Tamreen for a period of 7 years and constitute evidence of your agreement to the applicable terms. By using the Platform, you agree to the creation and retention of Consent Records as described in this Section and in the Privacy Policy.
SECTION 6 — WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
You may withdraw any consent given under this document at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew consent.
How to withdraw:
(a) In-App: Through your Account settings under Privacy and Consent preferences; or
(b) Email: By sending a written request to support@Mytamreen.com.
Effects of withdrawing specific consents:

Tamreen will process withdrawal requests within 14 business days and confirm the change by email to your registered address.
Withdrawing certain consents may limit some personalisation features but will not affect your core access to the Platform or your active Subscription.
SECTION 7 — RE-CONSENT ON MATERIAL UPDATES
If Tamreen makes a material change to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Health Disclaimer, or data processing practices, you may be required to provide fresh consent through an in-platform prompt before continuing to use the Platform.
Material change notifications will be delivered through one or more of the following: an in-app notification, a banner or pop-up within the Platform, or an email to your registered address.
Continued use of the Platform after a material update is communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, whether or not a formal re-consent prompt is presented. However, where re-consent is required for the processing of sensitive data, Tamreen will not proceed with that processing until fresh consent is given.
SECTION 8 — CONFIRMATION
By completing all required consent items during registration, trial activation, and subscription purchase, you confirm that:
- you have read this entire document and each policy referenced within it;
- you understand your rights and the Platform's data practices;
- you have provided your consent voluntarily, freely, and with full understanding of what you are agreeing to;
- you understand how to withdraw consent at any time and the effects of doing so; and
- you understand that all consent events have been logged and recorded by Tamreen.
