In 60 seconds. Tamreen is a marketplace for fitness, nutrition, and physiotherapy services. You can use it to train, learn, coach, and grow. 4. Reporting violations
Report a suspected violation to legal@Mytamreen.com with the Account name, a description of the conduct, screenshots or links if possible, and the date and time. Reports may be anonymous where permitted. Tamreen acknowledges receipt within two (2) business days and aims to provide an initial response within ten (10) business days.
5. Enforcement
Where Tamreen reasonably believes this Policy has been breached, it may, depending on severity: issue a warning; remove or hide Content; restrict messaging or feature access; require additional verification; pause payouts pending investigation; suspend or terminate the Account; withhold or claw back refunds, fees, or commissions; report the matter to a regulator or law-enforcement authority; and pursue legal remedies. Severe breaches (including child-safety violations, fraud, unlicensed health practice, or threats of violence) may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
6. Appeals
If your Account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by emailing legal@Mytamreen.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the enforcement decision, with any evidence you wish Tamreen to consider. Tamreen will provide a final written response within fifteen (15) business days.
7. Changes to this Policy
Tamreen may update this Policy from time to time and will notify Users of material changes in line with the Terms and Conditions. The current version is published at the top of this document and tracked in the Changelog.
